I am working on auto steering control for a model sailing vessel. It should automatically follow a preprogrammed path (for competition) as fast as possible adjusting sails, cruising against wind etc. I've managed to make an initial simulation. It is just the first steps but want to build it out from there.
But I don't understand exactly what is needed to make it run on arduino board. I have arduino uno rev3. Seems that the examples in the download are not about uno. Will it also run on uno, what to do to make it run?

You'll have to write a native.cpp file for your simulation. It contains the I/O assignments and some boilerplate code for the arduino such as the setup function and the main loop. A good example is the native.cpp that is in the simulations/arduinoTrafficLights directory. Just use that as a basis and change things appropriately for your board.
You can copy any Marker to or from a digital pin and copy any Register to and from any analog pin. Don't insert any sleeptimes in your loop! Use SimPyLC's timers instead.
